Drella.com customers can pay for their orders using Visa, Eurocard, and Mastercard. Customers from Sweden may also use the Cash On Delivery option, described below.
At this time we do not support Paypal or Visa Electron.
1. Card payments
At present, we accept VISA, MasterCard and EuroCard.
When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by our payment partner DIBS (www.dibs.se) to guarantee secure payments. This is how it works:
- Choose your credit card type i.e. (Visa or Mastercard), state your card number and validation date.
- A control is carried out to make sure that your data is correct and that there is money on your account.
- The actual funds are transferred within 24 hours to Drella AB.
When you pre book a product that is not yet released, the amount will be transferred to Drella AB the same day you place your order.
IMPORTANT! To ensure your safety and comfort we use a secure order form, which means that all content of the form is encrypted (coded to unrecognizable characters). No external parties will be able to access the information you have given.
2. PayPal
If you pay with PayPal the funds will be transfered to our PayPal-address: info@drella.com.
Because of the usage fee of PayPal an additional 40 SEK (approx. €4,5 / $6,5) will be added to your order.
3. Invoice / Fakturera (only for swedish customers, text in swedish)
Väljer du faktura får du hem fakturan tillsammans med dina beställda varor. Fakturan ska betalas inom 14 dagar från fakturadatum. Kostnaden för att betala mot faktura är fn. 29 SEK. Företag som vill handla för ett högre belopp är välkomna att kontakta kundservice. Skulle din betalning vara försenad skickas en skriftlig påminnelse med påminnelseavgift till dig. Vid utebliven likvid debiteras påminnelseavgift fn. 50,00 SEK, samt dröjsmålsränta enligt nu gällande referensränta med tillägg av 24 %.
Vid fakturaköp förbehåller vi oss rätten att göra en kreditupplysning genom Klarna AB. Den påverkar dock INTE din kreditvärdighet och det kan inte ses av någon annan. Insamling och behandling av dina personuppgifter samt kreditupplysning är nödvändig för att vi ska kunna behandla ditt önskemål om 14 dagars kredit. Alla fakturor går via Klarna AB.
4. Cash on delivery / Postförskott (only for swedish customers, text in swedish)
Väljer du Postförskott som betalningsmetod så hämtar du- och betalar din beställning på ditt lokala Postombud. Kostnaden för Postförskott är fn 50 SEK.
Pre-orders/Coming Soon
Unless otherwise indicated, items are in stock and available for immediate shipping. Pre-order items are not yet released. The release date is shown under the item in question.
Orders are not split. An order containing a pre-order item does not ship until the pre-order item is available. To avoid delayed deliveries it is recommended that you order your pre-order items separately. Note that release dates are liable to change at any time. We will announce any changes to release dates on our website (filed under COMING SOON) should this occur.
Please have in mind that we depend on our suppliers to deliver the releases to us in time.
Order confirmation
On filing a successful order we issue an email message to you, which contain a copy of the order. It is advisable to keep this email should any inquiries regarding your order arise. You will get a hard copy receipt along with your order.
Delivery time
Delivery of items in stock generally takes no more than three to ten days but we always try to ship as soon as possible.
Pre-orders are normally shipped within seven days from the release date.
Business Customers
For business customers, retailers and record stores, separate prices, terms and conditions apply. To become a business customer, please contact us on info@drella.com
Shipping
We ship with the Swedish Post
» Link. Smaller packages that file under the letter format will be delivered to your door. Larger packages must be picked up at the local post office. Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight on your order.
Returns
Please note that we can only offer Returns to customers from Scandinavia and the EU.
We do our best to ensure the goods reach you undamaged. Should you receive damaged or wrongly supplied goods, please contact us within 14 days of reception of goods. Please state the order number and what the problem is. We do not accept returns on records and underwear, only if it’s damaged.
You have the right to change your mind. Please notify us within 14 days from reception of goods by sending an email to our returns address. State the order number and what item you want to return. The security seal and/or plastic wrapping must be intact and the goods must be unused. Don't send anything back before you have contacted us. The shipping cost is at your own expense.
Complaints not made within 14 days from reception of goods will not be recognised.

By accessing the Drella.com services, users agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Registration
Users of Drella.com must register with a username and password, by filling out an online form, thus becoming registered users. The user guarantees that the data submitted is truthful, complete and accurate, and agrees to update his or her details whenever a relevant change occurs. In a case of untruthful data, Drella.com, has the right to terminate the user's account or to stop providing the services, with immediate effect. Registered users have the right to make amendments to their accounts, close and/or terminate their accounts, at all times.
Usernames and Passwords
Registered users have the responsibility for keeping their username and password secret. In case of unauthorised access to the website, via a registered user's account, the user should notify us immediately.
User Conduct
Registered Drella.com users must be 18 years of age, or older.
By using Drella.com services, visitors are obliged to respect Swedish and international law, and agree to be held responsible for their actions. Website users are expected to notify us for all cases of criminal activity related to using the Drella.com services.
Terms of delivery
Drella.com follows the recommendations of "Distansavtalet" according to the Swedish National Board of Customer Complaints.

Information collected on Drella.com
Drella.com will only use your personal information to alter and/or improve the Drella.com services. Drella.com may use the personal data entered by the customers to offer campaigns and for marketing related to Drella.com.
NO PERSONAL DATA SUBMITTED BY DRELLA.COM USERS WILL BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES EXCEPT IN CASE OF LEGAL REQUIREMENT BY THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES OR WITH THE EXPLICIT PRIOR CONSENT OF THE USER.
NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SUCH AS CARD NUMBERS, CARDHOLDER NAMES, SECURITY CODES ETC. IS STORED ON THE DRELLA.COM SERVER(S).
Other
Disputes arising as a result of the purchase of goods from Drella.com and/or these terms of delivery shall be adjudicated in accordance with Swedish law by a Swedish court of general jurisdiction or by the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints.
Cookies
This website uses "cookies" in order to give you a customised internet-experience and "session-cookies" to manage your visit on Drella.com, for example the content of your shopping cart, which pages you will be directed to when following links etc.
A cookie is a text file that a web server places on your hard disk. Cookies cannot be used to deliver harmful content (such as viruses) to your computer. A cookie is a unique file allocated to you and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie-file to you. Cookie-files are to indicate to the web-server that you have returned to a specific website, so you can get a customized experience when you return to the website. You can of course choose if you accept a cookie or not. Most web-browsers accept cookie-files automatically, but you can change your settings to not accept them if you want.
